I am unable to provide an identification for which I have a high degree of confidence. I can only give you my best guess. This might be a variety of crab apple. I don’t think it is a plum or cherry tree. It is not well. There are yellow mottling and chlorotic patches on some leaves. I can also detect leaves that are distorted or curled. The picture of the entire tree shows heavy thinning/defoliation. I suspect that a type of fungal infection exists. Survival is problematic.
