Voles don't eat grubs; they are herbivores, so they only eat plants, specifically plant roots.
Moles eat grubs, but they also eat earthworms and other soil insects. They are most likely keeping the grub population from getting out of control, if it is necessary. If the moles are a problem, you can find managment tips on the link provided, but typically they are seasonal and will move on.
